I deleted the iMovie to see if it'll work, but I still don't see an update or a new version of it on the App Store.
As far as I know, 10.4 is the latest (newest) version of iMovie.
Since you apparently had iMovie before, go to your App Store account page. You can get to your account by clicking your name in the lower left corner of the App Store window. Sign in if necessary. iMovie should be listed on your account page and you should be able to download it from there (assuming you had previously installed iMovie and have since deleted it from your Mac.)
Sometimes it helps to drag the old iMovie from the apps folder to the trash. Don't empty the trash until it re-installs successfully in case you need to drag it back
I am struggling to download the newest version of iMovie. It keeps saying download 10.4, but I don't see that option on Apple Store. Why is it not working?
