apple watch band giving rash on wrist
i have been wearing my apple watch most days for 4 months now and it has started to leave me in a rash on my wrist and it’s very irritating and bumpy

That doesn't look like it's caused by the watchband. That appears to be caused by the watch itself.
You may have developed an allergy to the watch's materials of some form. Or a sensitivity to the lights on the bottom of the watch.
Speak to a dermatologist.
