Windows gets a BSOD after installing boot camp drivers (INACCESSIBLE BOOT DRIVE)

I was trying to run windows 10 on my MacBook Air from an external drive using this tutorial: https://youtu.be/3IhW722IMwE?si=Rz5pWv8RaInwgPOg

With a few adjustments for my MacBook Air, I had managed to install windows and boot it up, but once I installed the boot camp drivers and restarted, I get a BSOD.

How can I fix this? I’ve tried restarting my Mac, reinstalling windows, checking if I missed anything in the tutorial.

The windows ISO I used is the latest one, I used VMware fusion 11.5, I’m using a SanDisk 256 MicroSD card and a ADATA MicroSD adapter to connect it to my computer, and I’m using a MacBook from early 2014, can someone help me fix this?
