Well it seems I am definitely not eligible, it says in FAQ Quote: iOS version 11.2 or later (for iPhone 7 and 7 Plus) before December 21, 2017, and (ii) they experienced diminished performance on that device after the relevant iOS version was installed or downloaded. I did not buy my iPhone 7 until 2019.
I never did get a reply from the administrators
When I was in Nova Scotia, I bought several iPhones either through a third-party provider or Apple Canada. Now I reside outside the country. The website is blocking me from even browsing the information to see whether I am eligible or not. Any ideas on how to approach this?
Hi, I am not able to access the eligibility to submit the claim, has anyone got updated link for that?
I am trying to use below link to check for eligibility, it is always returning Bad Gateway error.
I would appreciate if someone can guide me with correct steps to submit the claim.
Thanks in advance.

Thank you. I've done all those things, including #4 (on day 1). I wonder if they will respond?
I have also contacted the administrator and have no reply.
Oh, now the message has changed from "Invalid serial number" to "The value entered is incorrect, or the device is not eligible". Could it be because this device was a hand-me-down from my mother?
Same - emailed and no reply.... did someone has positive submission?
