in short, email did not state a secondary email for password was being sent. only tells me wrong password. lack of transparency. the reps are defense and don't listen. email 1 should reference a email 2 being sent with password so the customer is "aware" ... but not found in email. checked the spam folder and not there either. simple. use the appleID password as authentication.
