Apple Music Web Player Cutting Out Constantly/Lagging Even With Good Internet Connection

Hello I am using the Apple Music Web Play on Opera GX, however as of 2 days ago out of nowhere my music has begun to cut out constantly on every single song and plays them poorly. I reset my internet and everything but the issue still persists. Another detail that's even more odd however is the fact that it always cuts out at the exact same parts of songs, like if I scroll back in the to the timestamp it'll play the same exact fading/cutting out that it did. It's an issue with every song, and some songs end up just lagging entirely, with the same oddity of being able to rewind and hear the same issue. It's almost is if the CD was scratched type of issue.
