WHY DOES THIS POPUP KEEP SHOWING UP!!! I have even durned the **** thing off and it STILL shows up CONSTANTLY. How do I turn this curse off. I have tried everything. Please help. PLEASE. I cannot continue with this.

You can also disable Private Relay for a particular Wi-Fi network at any time on your iOS or iPadOS device by going to Settings > Wi-Fi, tapping the Info button next to your network, then tapping to turn off iCloud Private Relay.
It acts similar to a VPN and is really annoying on slower/cellular networks. To disable it completely, go to
Settings < your name < iCloud < Private Relay < Off
I did that. Then I went into YouTube and immediately got that pop up. It. Won’t go awwaaayyyyyyyyy.
Maybe you didn’t turn off Private Relay. Force Close Youtube app. Restart the phone.
That is a network message, not a website message. Are you on a company, school or public wifi?
