Itunes on widows 11 says update software

I already have IOS 17.4.1 on my I phone but I tunes says to update to IOS 17.4.1 which is already installed Windows 11 PC

Latest iTunes for Win8, x64 to upgrade iOS on iPhone? Hi, I downloaded iTunes from Apple.com, for Windows 8, 64bit. This shows version 12.10.11.2 x64 I believe. Though, when I tried to upgrade iOS on my iphone 6/8 via iTunes, I get request to update iTunes to v12.18... Any idea how to fix the situation?

I have same problem. Also Photos freezes doesn't import game apps not loading etc. All started once i loaded current IOS. No info fron anywhere/
