Polonya'da neden apple pay kullanamıyorum

The region setting of the phone is set to Poland, and when I mark my card as add to apple wallet from the Santander Bank Polska application, it says that the region setting of this device cannot be used with Apple Pay. What should I do about this?

The Region setting for this device cannot be used for APPLE Pay So I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max. The region in my Apple ID account is Canada. My bank cards are from TD BANK. I am trying to add my cards but I keep getting the error message “CANNOT ADD CARDS. The region setting for this device cannot be used with Apple Pay” iPhone 11 Pro Max is compatible with Apple Pay. Canada is a supported Country (Region) My phone is running the latest iOS My card issuer is TD Bank Of CANADA. And the bank app supports Apple Pay. how can I overcome this hurdle?
