iPhone under repair, how can I export data from Apple Watch Series 3?

Hi everyone,

I have an Apple Watch Series 3 with fitness data collected in the last 2 weeks that I don't want to lose. However, I cannot see this data in my new iPhone (12). My previous iPhone (14) is under repair and, as far as I could see, I have to erase all data in the Apple Watch to be able to pair it with the new iPhone. Is there any way around this?

You can’t back it up if it wasn’t done before your iPhone was sent for repair. But if a backup of the watch exists with the data you are looking for you will be able to.

Look at the following link and scroll down to the part that says “If you don't have your old iPhone or you erased it”
