I am unable to play or edit a 23 minute iMovie video

I created a 23 minute iMovie video, and it simply won’t play. Every time I click on the play or edit button it says ‘downloading data to iCloud’. So i waited, but I have waited 8 hours now, and there is no progress. So I tried to play the video anyway, and my screen froze.

One other notable peace of information is that I deleted all the content, and recovered it 2 days before the problem started.

Help! I resented IMovie and I still get this message from IMovie: Publishing to YouTube Failed: The operation couldn’t be completed. (HTTP method not allowed) Has anyone has had this issue? Something I have done that might've contributed is that I went into the iMovie library and right click to show content and deleted a couple of folders of projects (only) because of low memory issue - when I opened iMovie it would said "damage library" giving me the option to repair. I did that during a few days - (I'm not sure is the most effective way to clear the library big boys original media afiles that are using sometimes a few Gigabytes by themselves). So I did biz as usual except that now I cannot upload to youtube - it gives me the same message. Help!?

Imovie keeps freezing Hello, I use iMovie for editing my video’s But lately when I open it and click “Start a new project” It freezes I don't know if its just me or... But this is very stressful I use iMovie for editing my videos and if it Keeps freezing I cant upload. *Im on Ipad btw*

Not able to export my video from imovie to any options (youtube, file, media, trailer, facebook etc). Its gives "failed" message Hey guys, I was editing my video in imovie. And when I tried to export/share movie to my file or anywhere in the given options, it fails to share. I was returned back this error box. I thought if the problem was with the size of the media (which it shouldn't be and shouldn't have such thresholds) so i created new movie with less than 100KB size. it was still the same. I tried from KBs to GBs. All failed to export. And I don't know what the problem. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.
