iPhone 15 Pro Max constantly scroll lags and Freezes.

I have an issue with my iPhone, model: 15 PRO MAX. The problem is that the phone is not working smoothly. It constantly experiences Scrolling Lags, ProMotion lags, which make it impossible to use apps normally, as they seem to just freeze when I use or open/close them. The phone has an issue with operating at 120Hz refresh rate - it operates in the range of 50-75Hz (picture below), rather than the expected 120Hz. This leads to a loss of smoothness when using all sorts of apps from Facebook, Instagram, to iMessage, etc. I should add that the same program I used to measure the actual Hz, I also installed on an iPad and an iPhone 13 PRO MAX - they both work at 120Hz/120Hz. The issue is only with the 15 PRO MAX model. Hard resets, clearing RAM, changing battery options, etc., did not help. It's unacceptable that a phone that costs so much behaves this way. The general lagging, Hz drops are very frustrating when using the phone.

Has anyone had this problem? And does anyone know how to solve it? Thank you in advance.
