I am using Legacy Outlook. However when I change to the new Outlook, I cannot find the ribbon. I've tried many different things and looked online: don't see how to find or use the ribbon.
I have Microsoft Outlook for Mac version 16.82 (2021).

I believe the ribbon has been removed in the newest version. But, it's really a question for Microsoft.
