iPhone Ads Freezing

I just got a new iPhone 14, and already I have had some problems with it. I solved the first problem by myself, but this problem keeps happening and it is getting annoying. On some apps I use, it will give me an ad. When the ad is over, I will try to close it but the app will not respond. Anywhere I tap it does not respond, even if I click on the Get button, it doesn't pull up the app window. I can't close it, and always end up having to restart the app, and when I do that if I used the ad to serve a purpose that is reset and it doesn't show I watched the ad for it. I am getting so annoyed with this, and need it to be fixed. Please someone help me fix this annoying problem.
