How did my computer become a simulator for Building Apple's Platform?

I've from discovered a framework design on my computer that I did not design. This Program from Apple contains Plugins and Folders that I do not have authority to view.

I purchased this company new in the box; this computer is registered to me. I am the only user and administrator on my computer (or so I thought).
