Keynote - Master or Theme Formatting from custom format to all Numbers format

Hi, my team uses Keynote to prepare monthly financial presentations and tables are inserted displaying numbers rounded to (M - millions). We often need to export this data into a form that can be consumed by a database, but the process of reformatting individual tables to full numbers can be very tedious and time consuming. Does Keynote have a feature to convert all table data into a different number format in one go? (Like a document theme controller?) If there is a way to export all tables to a spreadsheet, that would be even better?

The Numbers app allows export of all Numbers tables to Excel and that is a helpful feature. I can't find the same offered in Keynote. I am wondering if there might be more efficient solutions for extracting table data from Keynote presentations? Your help and advice is appreciated.
