iMac Pro intermittently won’t start

iMac Pro 64 with 3yr old cpu change. Also mother board? It won’t start and the keyboard doesn’t light up as it should. No power supply?

Any help to get get going until the new Mac studios come out would be greatly appreciated.

iMac Pro, macOS 14.4

Unfortunately the "CPU change" is not typically supported as an independent repair. We being end users can't verify whether or not Apple would support such a change, and are limited by terms of use as to commenting on the policy. Your best bet is to bring the Mac into an authorized service center to inspect if there was any damage incurred by the CPU change. They would be the most likely to be able bring it up, or even open it to move the storage into a USB adapter for the storage device. http://www.macsales.com/ is a great place to find SSD to USB adapter storage devices that manage all types of Mac SSDs.
