select a twenty minute segment from a two hour video

macos 13.6. iMovie 10.1.12. macmini late 2014.

I'm looking for an easier way to do this.

I went to create a new video by cutting out a video from minute 23:18 to minute 43:05. This is a zoom video with time stamps.

I currently putz around this screen to I get the starting point then use i and o shortcuts to trim to what I want.

How do I get the exact end point I want. I have to click around the point I want. Play the video to see if I got what I want. Guess again until I luck out.

I recall some way to slow down play or expand the display until it is larger.

my issue is I do not use imovie that often. I forget all that I learned previously. I working on my own cheat sheet.
