My update is stuck on “preparing update” and will not update. I’ve tried deleting as much as I can off my phone as well as resetting the network settings. I’ve also deleted any big media in my messages. HELP 😭😭😭😭 I have a perfectly working (minus the horribly cracked screen) iphoneXR

Same thing here....completely stuck and cannot pair with my new Apple Watch...Requesting suggestions
