Randomly, my Health photo details picture is a picture of my best friend and not me. My photo for my contact photo is of me. How do I fix this? I’ve found a couple of questions dealing with this but I have not seen any real solutions. I have also tried deleting my contact photo, replacing it and restarting my phot 3 times and my health details photo still shows up as her and not me.

I think her contact may have had the "me" against it instead of your contact. The "Me" contact populates a number of functions including Health.

Now check her contact to see if she still has her same photo

I have the exact same problem, did you find a solution?
This didn’t work for me but I noticed the picture was also different on my iCloud account. So I logged in from my desktop and just dragged my picture over hers and now it has changed to mine. Thank you for your suggestion.

No we’re not. We’ve never talked about our Apple ID’s or made any decision to share that info.
I’m not sure what’s going on or how to fix it. I’ll ask her later to see if my picture shows up on her end other than for calls and texts messages
