i need to download an older ios on my iphone 11

i have an iphone 11 that is still on ios 14 i think and i need to update it to the newest version that i can but the only available on is 17.4

It's compatible with 17.4 and can only be updated directly to that. Apple doesn't allow intermediate versions to be installed on any given unit unless otherwise noted.
