If you are talking about SIM cloning, then your phone would no longer work. Your cellular company only provides service to one SIM.

If you believe someone has your Apple ID and Password and set up another phone with the same information as yours, then you can check for other devices using your Apple ID at Settings > [name on top], and scroll to the bottom to view the other devices. You would want to remove them as well as change your Apple ID Password.

If neither of these apply, explain why you feel your iPhone is cloned.

i'm not sure why i'm seeing the same things that had been used to hack my android all of the sudden coming on here and when i try to locate my device i heard another device sound off but only got it to do it one time them n the next time my phone sounded the n it wouldn't do it again so dont now why but also says it's offline when it's not

Not sure what you are seeing that are the same things that had been used to hack your android phone. Provide screenshots if possible for what you are seeing. Have you checked at Settings > [name on top], and scrolled to the bottom to see if there are other devices using your Apple ID?
