Using QuickTime, I want to display iPhone screen, rather than camera on my Mac

Previously when using quicktime on mac, if u choose new movie recording and iphone , it was displaying iphone screen on mac.

Now it displays iphone camera.

Is there any possibility to go back to good old days ?

i want this:

mac > quicktime > new movie recording > iphone > mirror iphone screen

not this: iphone camera

ios > 17.3.1

mac > m1 Sonoma 14.1.1

i:e

i do not want iphone screen mirroring to cover all my mac screen

i want to see my other mac apps as well.

i want iphone screen displayed in a container.

Like quictime was doing in good old days
