Missing images in Keynote

I have a presentation on a Macbook pro with Monterey and a Macbook Pro with Sonoma. On the Monterey MBP, images were missing as the doc ran through his presentation on a monitor; On the Sonoma MBP, it was fine. What is happening?

Update: Upon restarting Keynote on the the MBP with Monterey, the images were showing up for 30 slides and then some of the images would not show up. Sonoma MBP is still working fine.

I uptaded to v12.0 and almost all of my presentations that are in .key have problems with some photos in the slides. i have a MB pro M1 pro with OS 12.6 when I open these keynote presentations on my older macbook 2012 with keynote v11.0, this doesn't happen. I need help regarding this issue since Now, i can't use my new notebook to open my presentations. i installed the 11.0 v in the new MacBook but it didn't resolve the issue

image couldn,2 be inserted on Keynote Hi, I am having a problem inserting images on Keynote once it worked after a few errors but still I get the same error "image couldn't be inserted" I've tried any kind of images Png, jpeg, etc. but none of them work. I am running M1 max Macbook pro 16" with Monterey. Is there anyone else there having the same problem or has anyone solved this problem yet? I have a big presentation next week and this is asap. Thanks in advance

Keynote Images Disappears When I opened a Keynote file sent by my colleague, most of the images turned into greyed out box with a cross & '?' in the middle. How do I retrieve the pictures? The original file came from me and when I tried to copy and paste some of the pictures back to this new file, it turns in to grey boxes too.
