I want to see all my photos I have ever deleted

You don't. When you delete photos, they temporarily go to the Recently Deleted folder, where they are accessible for 30 days. If you didn't restore them after 30 days, they delete and once deleted, they are gone. Permanently.

Open the Photos app on your iPhone and check the Recently Deleted folder. If there are photos in it, then those are the only ones that you can recover.
