iCloud not syncing on Apple Vision Pro

When I signed in to my Apple ID on my Apple Vision Pro, none of my iCloud data was syncing. Not even the iCloud storage is loading. I am unable to turn on Passwords & Keychain, which I suspect is what prevents me from a Mac virtual display. I have tried logging out and back into my Apple ID and even a factory reset, but it still isn't working. What should I do?


P.S.: I also had trouble when trying to factory reset. It raised the error "FMIP_ERASE_ALL_FAILED".

I saw this tip on another Communities thread that was unrelated to Apple Vision Pro, but it worked for me:


Open up Notes on AVP, take an existing note (if there is one), or create a new note, and then initiate sharing of the note. Immediately after I did that, suddenly all of my Notes and Messages were synced. So it seems as if they were already there, but weren't showing up for some reason.
