Can’t save a file using my iphone

I have a file on my iPhone and want to save it to Google Drive using the Files App. I get the following error message: “You need to authenticate before accessing this item.” How do I get around this message and save the file?

Can't save files to google dive Hi, I have an iPad Pro and I am having issues saving any files to google drive. I am able to view the files just fine, but when I go to save anything it says I need to authenticate before accessing this item. I don't have the privacy screen setting on in the google drive app so I'm not sure why it's doing this. I was able to save to google drive at one point but it one day stopped. Can anyone help? Unable to scan documents into my Google Drive in iPhone Files app iOS 16.5 iPhone 13 Pro I’ve suddenly lost the ability to scan documents directly into my Google Drive in the iPhone files app. I’ve forced quit the app, restarted my iPhone, but the problem persists. I’m able to scan to other locations like iCloud Drive or “On My Phone“, but no longer anywhere into my Google Drive. Furthermore, when I try to move, scanned documents from my iCloud Drive to my Google Drive, I get the error message “You need to authenticate before accessing this item.” I would love to get this resolved, as I use this feature a lot. Thanks in advance!

Google Drive asking me to Authenticate a file before I can save it there? When i go to put a file from my email or somewhere else into google drive on my phone it asks me to authenticate it first? How do I do this? I turned the privacy setting off and it still asks me...

You need to authenticate (log in) to your Google drive account before you can save something to it…

Please explain the steps I need to do to log in to my Google Drive. I can already see all my files on my Google Drive, so it seems to me that I’ve already logged in.
