Hi,

first there is an email address that keeps popping up, the battery percentage is always at 80+% while it’s plugged in to an outlet, the internet signal is constantly being blocked so I loose what I’m doing like playing a game or on YouTube. The router I had was obsolete, not getting the full signal strength. Got another router from XFinity. Reset the iPad and the same problem has not stopped with the Wi-Fi blocking, and I don’t see the email address that kept coming up. I believe the hacker is still there tracking me, and blocking the Wi-Fi signal. I have to keep reconnecting
