Phone is updated to 17.3.1 instagram updated latest as well.
I have cleared cache, reinstalled, restarted phone, force restarted phone and get no notifications from instagram. Yes all settings are on and I have not touched them.
I get notifications on my iPad but not iPhone. Mad frustrating.

On the screen in your post, turn off Notifications, restart the phone, launch Insta, then turn on Notifications again.
BTW, do you have an Apple Watch? If you are wearing an unlocked watch notifications alert on the watch, and not the iPhone.

I was wondering if you found a solution after all? I have the same problem, all my settings are on for notifications, both iphone and instagram, still I get nothing. The same with my apple watch, I don’t get notifications there either as before. Both Iphone and apple watch have the latest OS available.
Hey! I did what you suggested and still no luck. I do have an Apple Watch and I’m not even getting notifications on that. None in my past notifications either. I really don’t know what’s going on
