I suddenly received a message as a popup window that the HP easy scan app will send user data to the developer. I had no other choice than to click continue. After the app can not be opened and a get a message, find it enclosed!

Yes, we are several people working in a team and it happened to all of us. Our computers are working well and no changes have been made, but suddenly does not the easy scan app work. We have tried to delete it and download it again.
Are you saying that it spontaneously stopped working and that no other changes to your computer were made? If so, then I suggest the you download and reload the app and see if that works.
