I can’t add debit card to iPhone that I have add it number of time it not kick out contact card issue error. I am able to add to iPhone that has not had debit card. Is there number of times you can add same card and is there any way to clear it

No VPN. I still think you can only ever add the same card a set number of times on one device. I can add it to any phone that uses Apple Pay. My Apple watch has the same issues I believe I have wiped and installed that card too many times on said device. My bank says it is not then and there is no token to reset they say it is Apple. Apple says not them do all this unnecessary stuff that doesn't change how many times said device has used that card for it blocked it
No, it’s a time issue measured in weeks. Try adding just once in 7 to 14 days. Continually trying to add the card will just back the clock and the longer you may have to wait.
Are you sure that’s the issue? What other troubleshooting steps have you tried? Is your iPhone updated to latest iOS? Have you done a forced restart?
Yes phone is up to date. I have same problem with adding to Apple Watch ultra. You might be right about time issues I will give it two weeks and report back
