How to keep videos from pausing music in Keynote?

Edit: Accidentally tagged this as iMovie, but I meant Keynote!

I have a presentation I’m working on which will have music playing on speakers while I go through the slideshow. However one of the slides has a video on it and despite the video being muted it still pauses the music I am playing in the background when I reach that slide. How can I get it to let the music continue to play while showing the video?
