iMovie folder size discrpancy

I am using a MacBook Pro, 16-inch 2021, Sonoma 14.2.1. It's telling me I have only around 455 GB remaining of 495 GB storage. Most of this is in Documents, but clicking on that does not reveal any particularly large files.

Going to iMovie (the usual culprit when this happens) and clicking on "More info", I find that it contains some 330 GB of data. However, I have been deleting old projects, and when I open the package contents, there are only half a dozen or so recent folders, the largest of which is under 2 GB.

Perhaps stuff I thought I'd deleted is still lurking in there somewhere. If so, where? How can I locate it and free up space on my hard drive?
