How to change sender name in Outlook for Mac

How can I change - in Outlook 365 for Mac - the name of the sender seen by the recipient

My apologies, I should have been more clear. Those options should be under 'Outlook > Settings', not 'File'. See 6x6's answer.

6x6: Entered the new full name but: [1] message sent and received carries the new full name [2] howver, nothing shows in the sent folder? Uncomfortable. Also somethimng strange as well: The paword shown in 'Settings' > 'Accounts' is 8 digits (muts be an old one) whilst t=the new password I set for Microsoft account is (computer generated) 15 digitys. Normally Outlook PW and MS Account PW should be same password, no?
