Apple Cash withholding funds

I instant transferred from my Apple Cash to my debit card (1 week ago). Which I have done back-and-forth many times. The money never arrived to my bank account. Called Apple and sent a bank statement, predating the money transfer up until current. The bank statement reflects that I never received the funds. I showed this proof, and they still denied the dispute and will not send the money. The response was that it was authorized. I never claimed it was unauthorized. How do I receive my funds?

Do you want to do the call with a Chase Branch Manager? If you’ve had enough and just want to resolve the issue, you can file a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, a Federal agency. The downside of a CFPB complaint is, if it’s resolved in your favor, there’s a chance Green Dot may close your account permanently. Banks don’t like getting CFPB complaints and the bank will be within its rights to permanently cease doing business with you.

I did call Apple support. That’s how I was able to file the dispute. I provided the requested documents to show the transfer was not successful and that I did not receive the funds. Despite the bank statement showing that the deposit was not successful and never went into my account- they refuse to issue the funds. Apple Cash was deducted for a transfer, but never went into my bank account. I had all the necessary supporting documents. So I just lost that money now. How is that legal?

I called Apple Cash. I made a few phone calls back-and-forth with Apple Cash who sent me to Green dot Bank. I spoke with Chase bank. Chase offered to do a three-way call with green Dot bank but they denied the three-way call and said only documents would suffice. I emailed the supporting documents showing that the transfer was not successful and the funds never reached my account. they saw the documents showing that I never received the money and still denied the dispute. Chase suggested going to a branch and having a branch manager call Green dot bank. What is a person to do when the money in their account is missing and the issuing bank refuses to issue the funds? I have all the documents needed and requested. I sent them over directly my bank statement. Chase confirmed they never received the funds, so how does one get their money back? The money sent for the instant transfer is lost. I don’t understand how that’s OK. Or legal.
