How do I install Windows Media Pack?

The iCloud opening box on my PC has changed style and now has a banner at the top which says I am missing a vital componenet to run iCloud, Windows Media Pack. There is a link with instructions but this just leads to a dead end. I raised this on the Microsoft Community and they have provided the proper link to the Windows Optional Features. However the Windows Media Pack is not shown. Is this as essential as the warning says and if so how can I download it?

I am running Windows 10 Home v22H2

Windows, Windows 10

If you are running Windows N, you can download the feature pack here:

However, if you are not running Windows N, that download will not help. I know, because it didn't help me. I still can't fully get iCloud working. I'm not running Windows N, and my computer already has the media pack running just fine. iCloud just doesn't seem aware of this fact.
