Dictation not responding on MacBook Pro

Changing the language settings to UK British has worked for me good luck I know how annoying this is

this worked! hold sh#t it was so easy, i just turned on the UK english and even still had reg US english and it worked then turned off UK and just US is working!!! thanks you so much.

Same here. Sometimes works. Sometimes doesn't. have to restart in order for it to work. I have 100% confirmed it is not the mic that is the problem, it is MAC OS. Please fix
