Cannot view or unhide iTunes & Apple TV Hidden Purchases

I cannot see any hidden music, movies or TV shows on any of my devices (iPhone 15, MacBook Air). When I click on manage hidden purchases in the MacBook TV app, it brings up purchased music. When I click on manage hidden purchases on the iPhone TV App and/or iTunes App, it brings up hidden apps from the App Store. I logged out and back in. I restarted and signed back in. I started in Safe mode. Nothing worked. Apple Support unhid some items for me, but I still cannot view the hidden purchases. After trying for about 3 hours, Apple TV App won't even open my account settings page now.

Still not able to view any hidden purchases. Hidden purchase link on iPhone brings up apps not on the iPhone. Hidden purchase link on MacBook and iMac brings up purchase music. I contacted support who simply said they can unhide things for me. I still cannot see my unhidden purchases. I dont know if this is Apple doing away with past purchase viewing/unhiding.

Mee too. It only works properly on iTunes app on Windows.

Follow up. I don’t believe it is my devices. I think it’s an issue with the apps/programs themselves. I have since reinstalled the macOS and restored iPhone from a previous backup. No joy. I also tried a guest user on MacBook and no joy. It appears others have had the same issue and Apple Support only unhides things but doesn’t solve the issue.

Same scenario for me, spoke with apple yesterday who unhid all my movies / tv show

Yes, the only solution by Apple support was to unhide everything. Then I went back through and hid the things I didnt want, again.
