DELETED PHOTOS

I've unfortunately deleted some photos and videos from my deleted file in photos, my phone was not back upn to i cloud, as such need to recover them. I contacted Apple yesterday who were unable to help. I'm therefore reaching out again to seek help on recovering these photos. They supported me in setting up my I phone i10XR in backing it up, however I see this morning this has also failed

I see there are tools like disk drill etc so juts need help on what device I would need to recover these.

I would be really grateful for any assistance
