iCloud storage and google storage

We’ve been getting charged multiple times a month for a one time monthly subscription per these items. I wanted to see about getting a refund on the past charges that were multiply charged but instead they didn’t refund me and just canceled my subscription. I need the subscription but I don’t want to be charged 5+ times $0.99 a month for one
