Can't seem to update my microsoft apps
Unable to update these apps even though I've checked for updates. Need help.

It looks like you're using Office 2019, which isn't supported anymore (16.78 is the last version it supports). You'll have to upgrade to Office 2021 if you want to keep getting app updates. If you subscribe to Microsoft 365, the upgrade is free, otherwise you'll have to buy it (if you want the new app updates, that is).
