Hi, I’ve been logged out of my TikTok account and can’t log back in using my Apple ID. It keeps creating a new profile each time. Tiktok are being really unhelpful so wondered if anyone else has experienced this and found a fix? I have looked at Settings>Passwords but the only TikTok account saved is my daughter’s. Please help!!

I have had this issue since 12th Feb. I notice TikTok updated their app recently and it was installed on my phone yesterday so it might be an issue their end but their support aren’t helping. I have the issue on both iPhone and iPad.
If you need to know your TikTok username, you can still log on using a web browser.
This has been going on since December 😩 they keep telling me to login using my Apple ID but every time a new profile is created!
I can’t remember my password when using my TikTok username (doesn’t give me an option to reset it either) and the phone number it’s linked to has since been deactivated. Auto login is great until you forget how you logged in originally!! 😂
