How to Remove Everbridge SnapComms from Mac

Hello,

I need some assistance. For some reason Everbridge SnapComms application was downloaded onto my computer (without my knowledge). I have tried to delete the application from my computer, however, when I try to delete it says it can't be deleted because it is open. However, the application literally will not close. There is no close option on this application. It is asking for my organizations application code (which I have no idea what it is talking about because as far as I know my job does not use this app). I checked the time it showed up on my computer which was 11:40am which was around the time I logged into my service loan provider. I do not want this app on my computer but cannot seem to delete it. Do I need to go into a store to get this fixed? Any help would be appreciated.
