Apple fitness plus workouts freeze about every 13-15 minutes conts...

Did anyone ever get this fixed? I have also made sure my iPhone 14 is updated and my apple watch as well as the apple fitness plus app...I plug my iPhone into an HDMI adapter and a group of us use a TV at our gym to do the videos. For almost a year and half now the video will freeze about every 13-15 mins and we have to stop the video and then hit resume. It has now gotten worse. For a 30min video it will freeze 2x now. We have limited time to workout and this is more than extremely frustrating. I do not want to lose the 4 years of workout data I have with my watch or my awards.

I have the same problem. With multiple iPhones (11, SE, X) and an iPad 8.

Check with two different cables, and two different screens (Iiyama and Eizo).

Did multiple restarts, stopped all open application, no change.

There seem to be thousand of users having the same problem.

I was in Apple Store in Hamburg (DE) -- there weren't able to help either.

Anybody out there with an idea about that?
