Is your iPhone 7 model the A1660? Or a different model? You can find it in Settings>About, tap on Model and it will change.
When you reset it, did you use a computer using iTunes or Finder to restore it to factory settings?
If you see a Cellular, Ultra Wideband, or Apple Pay Issue message after an iOS update or restart - Apple Support (includes "Cellular Issue Detected")
If you see, "Cellular Issue Detected" you may need to restore your iPhone to factory settings using a computer (remember to make a backup of data, if needed). If that doesn't resolve the issue, you could call Apple Support. They can run a diagnostic for hardware issues remotely.:

Tap on that model number, and it should change to the 5 character model #. The A1660 model of iPhone 7 had a hardware issue with the cellular antenna. If you try everything in If you see No Service, Searching, or SOS on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support and it doesn't resolve it, then back it up, restore it to factory settings using a computer. If it still doesn't work, it's probably a hardware issue, which Apple Support over the phone could probably detect with remote diagnostics. Is the specific message, "Cellular Issue Detected"?

Have you reached out to your cellular data provider?
What did your carrier say when you contacted them about this?
The model # is mnac2LL/A & I only reset it by the side button & the volumne. Never checked with carrier. It resets for a day or so then it goes back to cellular data issue.
Thank you
No I haven’t
I never contacted the carrier, it comes & goes.
