iMac Pro 2017 Intel based turning off on it's own. I have disconnected all the attached devices and it's still happening intermittently. I can not duplicate the problem, and it's happening many times per day.

Resetting SMC could solve the issue.
Reset the SMC of your Mac - Apple Support
If it doesn't help, try to check your iMac with Apple Diagnostics if it reports any hardware error.
