I’ve tried the original cable and charger, and the USB C charger that comes with the M1 Max MacBook Pro. Is there a way to reset the battery? I’ve also rebooted the Vision Pro, of course.

If your Apple Vision Pro battery isn't charging
If you connect your Apple Vision Pro battery to power and its light doesn't come on, first make sure you're using a USB-C power adapter rated for 30W or higher. Try a different power adapter or USB-C charging cable to see if that's causing the issue. Also check to see if the wall plug or other electricity source you're connected to can power other devices.

Yes. It works fine (the headset itself), but the battery doesn’t charge when plugged into the wall! :)

I'm sorry you're experiencing that issue. Have you tried testing it on multiple different outlets? It could be the outlet's problem and not the battery's.
If so, then you should definitely contact the Official Apple Support and tell them what's going on.
