App store programa don’t have their icons just blank
I fixed this issue by whitelisting the mzstatic.com domain in my ad blocker (pihole). I understand that this domain serves images for the iPhone.

I see exactly the same problem. All icons for apps in the App Store completely missing.
I’m noticing that as well. My subscription list is also affected.
Even though Apple’s status page claims there’s no issue…
It randomly fixed for me, I don’t know how..
