Verification required when installing apps
i’m trying to download a app but then it say verification required i do that then it says to add my card and i do it even though it’s already added

You usually need a functioning payment method for your account. Even to re-download or update apps and for free apps. It sounds like your payment method is being declined or isn't acceptable to Apple.
