Convert Link to Attachment with the link

Dear Community,

Please explain me the difference between 2 url related objects and how to convert first one to the second one?

1) 1st type of the object: I have some url in a clipboard which I can paste in the Apple Notes app. When I do so it appears as a normal underlined text with a link to a desired webpage.

2) 2nd type of the object: I share the link from the browser (doesn't matter which in this case) or directly by holding the pasted link from the first point and "Share..." it to the Notes app and link appears as an attachment with preview and later I can choose whether it's a big or a small preview.

I tried applying Safair url schemes I googled around but non of them did the trick:
